Adriana Amaral vive e trabalha em Ribeirão Preto. Formou-se em Zootecnia (1986), atua como artista visual desde 2003. Trabalha com fotografias, vídeos, colagens, aquarelas, cerâmicas e obras de natureza instalativa, investigando a imagem e seus atributos de memórias, feminino, corpo, intimidade e afetos. Possui obras nos acervos do Museu de Arte de Ribeirão Preto (MARP), Museu de Arte Contemporânea de Jataí (MAC) e Museu de Arte Contemporânea do Mato Grosso do Sul (MARCO). Foi contemplada em 2014 com o prêmio Artes Visuais – Proac. Destacam-se entre as suas exposições recentes: Direitos Plurais – Sesc Ribeirão Preto (2020); 45º Salão de Arte Contemporânea de Ribeirão Preto – MARP (2020); 10 º Festival de Fotografia de Tiradentes (2020); O que você guarda tão bem guardado que até se esquece de que tem? Adriana Amaral lives and works in Ribeirão Preto. Graduated in Animal Science (1986), she has been working as a visual artist since 2003. She works with photographs, videos, collages, watercolors, ceramics and installation works, investigating the image and its attributes of memories, femininity, body, intimacy and affections. She has works in the collections of the Museu de Arte de Ribeirão Preto (MARP), Museu de Arte Contemporânea de Jataí (MAC) and Museu de Arte Contemporânea do Mato Grosso do Sul (MARCO). She was awarded the Visual Arts - Proac prize in 2014.
